Purpose

The Renter List provides a listing of all of the frequent renters by range of name, zip code, or customer number. From this report you can also print mailing labels or send the data to a mail merge file for use with Microsoft Word.

Options

Birth Month – For special promotions, you can select renters by the month they were born.

Last Rental Since – Renters whose last rental date is on or after this date will be printed.

Minimum Rentals – Renters who have rented at least this many times will be printed.

Show Only Bad Renters – If this box is checked, only renters designated as "Bad" will be shown. These are renter records that have the "Bad Renter" box checked off in Renters/Customers.

Print As – The records can be shown as a list or as mailing labels.

Data Selection

Renters are selected by the following rules:

• The renter’s last name is within the report’s name range.

• The renter’s zip code is within the report’s zip code range.

• The renter’s ID is within the report’s ID range.

• The renter’s birth month matches the selection in the "Birth Month" option.

• The renter’s last rental date is on or after the date in the "Last Rental Since" option.

• The renter’s number of rentals is greater than or equal to the value in the "Minimum Rentals" option.
