Purpose

Use this menu item to establish product types. This is the highest level of the fleet hierarchy, followed by Class Categories and Class Codes.

Fields

Product – Enter a name for the product in this field.

Description – Enter a description for the product name in this field.

Date Available – Enter the date that this particular product will be available. This entry is helpful if you want to phase in a particular product line.

Date Expired – Enter the date that this particular product will be expired. This entry is helpful if you want to phase out a particular product line.
