Revenue

Daily Business Report

Purpose: Summarizes rental revenue, miscellaneous charges, taxes, and receipts. If desired, you can also see all the details (open contracts, closed contracts, payments and deposits) one day at a time.

How to Find it: Reports->Counter Reports->Close of Day

Revenue Management Report

Purpose: This powerful and flexible report summarizes revenue by a variety of methods, and even allows you to choose the items to print.

How to Find it: Reports->Management Reports->Revenue

Utilization

Location Performance Report

Purpose: Summarizes fleet utilization for each day. If desired, you can select Miscellaneous Revenue items to be included.

Fleet

Net Available Vehicles Report

Purpose: The Net Available Vehicles Report provides, for any future time period, the number of vehicles that are ready to rent, reserved, unprepared, and due back. It also provides the net number of available vehicles.
