Please note that this is an add-on module, and you must enter into a contractual agreement directly with the receiving entity before this module can be implemented. Default Location/City Code β These values are used in the file header. New file directory β The directory where new transmission files are placed. Holding file directory β Once a transmission file has been processed, it is moved to this directory. Retain holding files β The number of days to leave holding files in the Holding File Directory (see below). Run Build β The interval (in days) between file builds. Next Build Date β The date and time of the next file build. Rebuild Cutoff Date/Last Cutoff Date β All contracts between these two dates will be included in the next file build. Last Run Date β The date and time when the last file build was performed. Last Batch Number β Each transmission file has a batch number in it. This field show the batch number from the last transmission file that was created. Log Diagnostic Messages β Extra messages can be logged for diagnostic purposes.
