Turnaround Report

Purpose

The Turnaround Report shows sale information for vehicles that have recently been sold. In addition, the report has the option to show transaction information between the last check-in date and the sale date.

Options

Print – Selecting "Detail" will list transactions that occurred between the last check-in date and the sale date. Selecting "Summary" will just give a list of sold vehicles.

Data Selection

Sold vehicles are selected by the following rules:

• The sold vehicle’s product is selected in the Product list.
• The sold vehicle’s unit number is within the report’s unit number range.
• The sold vehicle’s "sold to" value is within the report’s "sold to" range.
• The sold vehicle’s owning location is selected in the reporting lists
• The sold vehicle’s class is selected in the Class list.
• The sold vehicle’s sale date is within the report’s date range.
