Tour Revenue Report

Purpose

The Tour Revenue Report provides a listing of all rental agreements containing a tour code. Use this report to monitor tour operator activity.

Options

Tour Operator – Select the tour operators you want to show on the report.

Show – The report can show either open or closed contracts.

Data Selection

Contracts are selected by the following rules:

• The contract is closed and the "Show" options is set to closed contracts.

• The contract is open and the "Show" options is set to open contracts.

• The contract’s report date is within the report’s date range.

• The contract’s report location is selected in the reporting lists.

• The contract’s tour code is selected in the Tour Operator list.

• The contract’s product is selected in the Product list.
