Purpose
The Tax and Fees Report provides a list of all taxes and fees charged on every contract for a specified period of time. Use this report for government reporting agencies and internal audits.
Options
- Charge – Select the charge you wish to show on the report.
- Print – Choose "Detail" to show contracts with each miscellaneous charge listed. Choose "Summary" to show each contract with a miscellaneous charge total. Choose "Grand Totals" to just show totals for all contracts.
- Sort By – The report can be sorted by report date or by RA number.
Data Selection
Charges are selected by the following rules:
- The charge’s report date is in the report’s date range.
- The charge’s report location is selected in the reporting lists.
- The charge is a tax or miscellaneous fee.
- The charge’s code matches the selected code.
- The contract’s product is selected in the Product list.
