TIme and Mileage Rate List

Purpose

The Time and Mileage Rate List provides a detailed listing of a range of the rate codes you have entered in the system.

Options

Class – You can report on rates that apply to a specific class by choosing that class in this list.

Sort By – Rates can be sorted by location, by code, or by class.

Data Selection

Rates are selected by the following rules:

• The rate’s code is within the report’s code range.

• The rate’s product is selected in the Product list.

• The rate’s class is selected in the Class list.

• The rate’s location is selected in the reporting list boxes.
