Purpose

The Stock Inventory Report provides a listing of all vehicles with in-service, license, and depreciation information.


Options

Select By – Vehicles can be selected by either their owned location or by their current location.
Status – The report can list vehicles of a certain status or of all statuses.
List By – The report can list vehicles by unit number, make and model, license number, VIN, expected out-of-service date, bank ID or class.
Vehicles to Include – By checking these boxes, you can include certain types of vehicles in the report.
Foreign Vehicles – If this box is checked, vehicles that are not owned by your company will be listed.
Print Vehicle Notes – If this box is checked, notes on the vehicles will be printed.
Separate Records – If this box is checked, a dotted line is printed to separate vehicles.


Data Selection

If the "Vehicles to Include" option has ‘In-Fleet’ and/or ‘Unavailable’ selected, the vehicles are selected by the following rules:

  • The vehicle’s unit number is in the report’s unit number range.
  • The vehicle’s product is selected in the Product list.
  • The vehicle’s current/owned location (depending on the "Select By" option) is selected in the reporting lists.
  • The vehicle’s status is selected in the Status list.

If the "Vehicles to Include" option has ‘On Order’ selected, the vehicles are selected by the following rules:

  • The on-order vehicle’s unit number is in the report’s unit number range.
  • The on-order vehicle’s expected delivery location is selected in the reporting lists.

If the "Vehicles to Include" option has ‘Sold’ selected, the vehicles are selected by the following rules:

  • The sold vehicle’s unit number is in the report’s unit number range.
  • The sold vehicle’s current/owned location (depending on the "Select By" option) is selected in the reporting lists.
  • The sold vehicle’s status is selected in the Status list.
