Smart Zip

When you enter an address into a record, tabbing from the address field will jump to the zip code field. This is the Smart Zip Lookup feature. Enter the zip code, and if it matches a zip code in the database, the city and state will be automatically filled-in.

If you enter a zip code that is not found in the database, you will be prompted to confirm the zip code. It will then be added to the database for future use.

This feature is enabled in System Settings by checking off the box labeled "Use SmartZIP postal code lookup".
