Purpose
The Fleet Sales Processing Report allows you to view vehicles that have been sold by finance institution and post financing information to your accounting system.
Options
- Post to Financials – Send the report data to a file that can then be imported into an accounting system. Before posting, a proof run can be performed by not selecting this option.
- Starting/Ending Date – Find sold vehicles in this date range.
- Sort By – The report can be sorted by unit number or by the sold date.
Data Selection
The sold vehicles are selected by the following rules:
- The sold date is in the starting and ending date range.
- The vehicle’s bank ID is selected in the list box.
- The vehicle’s product is selected in the list box.
Posting
When the report is being posted, the vehicles are selected by these rules:
- The sold date is less than or equal to the report’s ending date.
- The sales posting date is blank.
- The vehicle’s bank ID is selected in the list box.
- The vehicle’s product is selected in the list box.
Posting is supported in only the QuickBooks, MAS90/200, Peachtree accounting interfaces.
