Purpose

The Reporting Setup List displays a chart showing the relationship between the regions, districts, cities, and locations. If there are any breaks in the hierarchy, they are pointed out in the report.

Data Selection

• The report lists each region, followed by its districts. After each of those districts are its cities, and each city’s locations follow after that. If there is no link between levels, such as a district without a reporting region, those records are listed at the bottom of the chart with a message saying that there is a break.

• All regions, districts, cities, and locations will be printed.
