Purpose

The Fleet Problems Report provides a summary listing of reported vehicle problems.


Options

Print Parameters – You can choose to print critical problems, non-critical problems, or both. You can also choose to print problems that have been repaired, problems that have not been repaired, or both.
Report By – You can choose which vehicle location to use when reporting. The locations chosen in the reporting lists must match the owning or current location, or either (by choosing All Locations).
Sort By – You can sort the problems by vehicle, problem date or repair date.
Print Notes For – Check the "Problem" box to print the notes entered on the problem ticket. Check the "Vehicle" box to print notes that have been added to the vehicle (and that are marked as printable).


Data Selection

The report looks for problem tickets for each vehicle with these conditions:

  • The problem’s reported date is in the report range.
  • The vehicle’s product is selected in the Product list.
  • The vehicle’s unit number is in the report range.
  • The problem’s "critical" flag matches the Print Parameters selection.
  • The problem’s "repaired" flag matches the Print Parameters selection.
  • The vehicle’s location (current and/or owned, depending on the Report By selection) is selected in the reporting lists.
