Purpose

Groups are used to send messages to a group of employees. Use this menu item to set up different mail groups.


Fields

Group ID – The ID of the group you are creating.

Group Name – A description of the group.


Buttons

Add – Click on this button to move the employees selected in the left list box to the right list box. These employees will then be members of the group.

Delete – Click on this button to move the employees selected in the right list box to the left list box. These employees will no longer be members of the group.
