Purpose
The Lost and Found Report provides a listing of items entered in the system as lost or found. Use this report periodically to monitor what items have been reported as lost or found.
Options
- Category – The kind of item that was lost/found.
- Records to Show – You can choose to report items that were lost, items that were found, or both.
- Show claimed items – If this box is checked, items that have been marked as claimed will be shown.
Data Selection
Lost & found items are selected by the following rules:
- The item’s category matches the selected category.
- The item’s status (lost/found) matches the "Records to Show" selection.
- The item is claimed and the "Show claimed items" option is checked.
