Purpose

The Fleet Transactions Inquiry is used to view all transactions that have been entered or created by the system since a specified date. Using this feature will enable you to quickly view all of the transactions that have occurred for a particular vehicle.


Fields

Product/Unit# – Enter the product and unit number of the vehicle whose transactions you wish to view.

Date – Select transactions that were created within this date range.


Go To

Transaction – View the selected transaction.

Contract – View the contract associated with the selected transaction.

Non-Revenue Ticket – View the non-revenue ticket associated with the selected transaction.

Fleet – View the selected vehicle.

Repair Order – View the repair order that the selected transaction applies to.

Notes – View the vehicle’s notes.
