Purpose

The Extension Report provides a listing of contracts that have insurance replacement information and are due back or overdue. Use this report for assistance in calling adjusters, body shops, and customers to extend the rental contract.

Options

Sort By – The contracts can be sorted by adjuster, by body shop, renter or by bill-to company.

Data Selection

Contracts are selected by the following rules:

• The contract is open.

• The contract’s due back location is selected in the reporting listsReporting_List_Boxes.

• The contract’s product is selected in the Product list.

• The contract’s extension date is within the report’s date range.
