Purpose

The Erez Reservation Report provides a listing all of the reservations received from your Erez web site. Use this report to monitor Internet reservation activity.

Options

Print Notes – If this box is checked, any notes that the renter entered will be printed below the reservation.

Summary for Billing – If this box is selected, a summary of web reservations and rentals is printed, which can be used for billing purposes.

Data Selection

Reservations are selected by the following rules:

• The reservation was made through Erez.

• The reservation’s location out is selected in the reporting list boxes.

• The date that the reservation was added is in the report’s date range.

Contracts are selected by the following rules:

• The original reservation was made through Erez.

• The contract’s location out is selected in the reporting list boxes.

• The contract’s date out is in the report’s date range.
