Purpose

The Equipment Utilization report provides a listing of the rental activity for your equipment and how much they are utilized.

Options

Count As Non Rev After ### Days – The equipment is considered non revenue earning after this number of days.

Data Selection

Equipment transactions are selected by the following rules:

• The equipment’s type is selected in the Equipment Type list.
• The equipment’s asset ID is not blank.
• The transaction’s date in or date out is within the report’s date range.
• The transaction’s type is selected in the Equipment Types list.
