Purpose

The Equipment Status Report provides a listing of equipment according to their current status.

Options

Include Unavailable Status Types – If this box is checked, statuses of type "Unavailable" are included in the Status list.

Include Only Idle Status Types – If this box is checked, only statuses of type "Prep’d", "UnPrep’d", and "Out of Service" are included in the Status list.

Include Foreign Equipment – If this box is checked, equipment owned by a foreign location are shown.

Page Break after each Status – Checking this box will cause a form feed after each status list.

Sort By – The report can be sorted by status, location or asset ID.

In this report, the standard Reporting Lists are slightly different. The Location also shows foreign locations, so you can see the status of equipment owned by you that is currently at a foreign location.

Data Selection

Equipment is selected by the following rules:

• The equipment’s type is selected in the Equipment Type list.

• The equipment’s status is selected in the Status list.

• The equipment’s current location is selected in the reporting lists.

• The equipment’s owning location is foreign (not flagged as owned), and the "Include Foreign Equipment" option is selected.
