Purpose

The Contract Revenue by Vehicle Report provides a listing of all contract revenue and rental days by vehicle or by vehicle class.

Options

Print – The report can show details for each vehicle’s contract, a revenue summary for each vehicle, or a revenue summary for each class.

Include Fuel – If this box is checked, fuel charges will be included in the revenue totals.

Include Taxes – If this box is checked, taxes will be included in the revenue totals.

Data Selection

The contracts are selected by the following rules:

• The contract is closed and its report date is within the selected range.
• The contract’s product is selected in the list box.
• If a vehicle on the contract was picked up from a selected location, the contract revenue is added to that vehicle. If there was more than one vehicle on the contract, the revenue is split based on each vehicle’s rental time period.
