Purpose

The Contract Inquiry is used to show contracts by renting location within a specified date range.

Fields

Status - Search contracts which are Pending (no vehicle assigned), Open, closed, Void, or All.

First/Last Name – The renter’s first and last name. Leave the fields blank to match all names.

Reference # - Enter a specific Reference # which was added to a contract.

Starting/Ending Date Out – Find contracts with a date out in this range. Leave the fields blank to match all dates.

Renting Loc – Find contracts that were rented from the selected location.

Select By – Use the date range to select contracts by pickup or return date.
