Purpose

The Contract Discrepancy Report list contracts with missing information. Use this report to ensure that rental agents are filling out contracts properly.

Options

Missing RA numbers – Show contracts that do not have an RA number.

That are void – Show contracts that have been voided.

Without vehicles – Show contracts that do not have a vehicle assigned to them.

Missing dates (Out, Due, In) – Show contracts that have blank pickup, due back, or return dates.

Missing rates – Show contracts that do not have a rate assigned to them.

Data Selection

The contracts are selected by the following rules:

• The contract’s location out, due, or in is selected in the reporting lists.
• The contract’s RA number is within the report’s RA number range, or the RA number is blank.
• The contract’s date out, due, or in is within the report’s date range, or any of those dates are blank.
• The contract’s product is selected in the Product list.
