Purpose

The Company Sales Report provides a listing of revenue generated by local companies. Use this report to monitor rental activity of your local companies.

Options

Sort – The report can be sorted by company, by sales representative, or by follow-up date.

Show companies with no revenue – If this box is checked, local companies that have no rental revenue for the selected date range will be included.

Data Selection

Companies are selected by the following rules:

• The company’s name is within the report’s range.

• The company’s sales representative is selected in the Sales Rep list.

Contracts for those companies are selected by the following rules:

• The contract’s company was selected by the above rules.

• The contract is closed.

• The contract’s report date is within the report’s range.

• The contract’s report location is selected in the reporting list boxes.

• The contract’s product is selected in the Product list.
