Incremental Report

Purpose

The Incremental Report summarizes the commissionable items on contracts. A date range and employee range can be chosen, along with certain locations and/or sources. Each source can be shown separately or all sources can be consolidated.

Options

Source – Select the source codes you wish to include in the report in this list.

Separate/Consolidated – The source codes can be printed separately, or all source codes can be grouped together.

Include T&M Charges – If this box is checked, Time & Mileage charges will be included in the report. Uncheck this box to exclude those charges.

Calculate By – The report can calculate days by the time that was charged or by the actual time the contract was open.

Print – The report can show detailed numbers for each employee, or a summary of all employees.

Data Selection

The contracts are selected by the following rules:

• The contract’s report date is within the report’s date range.

• The contract’s source code is selected in the Source list.

• The contract’s reporting location is selected in the reporting list boxes.

• The employee who opened the contract is within the report’s employee range.
