Class Substitution Report

Purpose

The Class Substitution Report shows contracts where the reserved class is different from the rented class. This can be used to verify upgrade amounts and to see which employees are providing the most upgrades.

Data Selection

The contracts are selected by the following rules:

• The contract’s report date is within the report’s date range.

• The contract was created from a reservation (i.e. it has a reservation number.)

• The contract’s reserved class is different from its rented class.
