Purpose

The CSR Coaching and Feedback Report provides a summary of the CSR Coaching and Feedback forms that have been entered.

Options

Employee # – The ID number of the employee’s contracts to report. If the user is a manager, this field is editable. Enter a value of "All" to report on all employees.

Separate/Consolidated – The report can be run with each employee in a separate section, or all employees consolidated into a company-wide total.

Data Selection

The feedback forms are selected by the following rules:

• The employee is selected in the Employee# field.

• The form’s observed date is within the report’s date range.
