Daily Reservation Log

Purpose

The Daily Reservation Log lets employees view the reservations that they created during the day. It can be run for any date range, and allows selection of certain source codes.

Options

Employee # – The ID number of the employee’s reservations to report. If the user is a manager, this field is editable. Enter a value of "All" to report on all employees.

Source – The source codes of reservations to be included in the report.

Calculate By – The report can calculate days by the time that was charged or by the actual time the reservation was open.

Data Selection

The reservations are selected by the following rules:

• The reservation’s date added is in the report’s date range.

• The reservation was added by the employee selected in the Employee# field.

• The reservation’s source code is selected in the Source list.
