Missing Miles Report

Purpose

The Missing Miles Report lists vehicles that have unaccounted odometer gaps. Use this report to determine which vehicles do not have rental agreements or non-revenue movement tickets, yet have had their odometer changed.

Options

Ignore Gaps Less Than… – If vehicles have many small mileage gaps, you may specify the smallest gap to be reported.

Data Selection

Vehicles are selected by the following rules:

• The vehicle’s unit number is within the report’s unit number range.
• The vehicle’s date sold is blank.
• The vehicle’s product is selected in the Product list.

Each vehicle’s transaction records are then checked for mileage gaps within the report’s date range.
