Purpose

If you are using Reasons for Rental, this report will list contract information by the reasons that have been set up. This contract information includes the renting employee and renting date, the check-in employee and check-in date, number of rental days, discount percentage and amount and net time & mileage charges.

Options

Reason Types – The report can select records rental reason, discount reason, or both.

Include Reservations – If this box is checked, reservations will be included in the report.

Include Contracts – If this box is checked, contracts will be included in the report.

Reason – Choose the reasons you wish to include in the report.

Data Selection

Contracts are selected by the following rules:

• The contract’s date out is within the report’s date range.
• The contract’s renting location is selected in the reporting lists Reporting_List_Boxes.
• The contract’s product is selected in the Product list.
