Purpose
The Referral Revenue Report allows you to view contracts by referral code and agent ID to see which referrals are producing the most revenue.
Options
Rate Codes – Contracts that have the selected rate codes will be included in the report.
Other Charges – The report shows T&M, coverages, fuel and taxes in separate columns, and you may select up to two more charges to be broken out.
Data Selection
The contracts are selected by the following rules:
- The contract is closed.
- The contract’s pickup location is selected in the list box.
- The contract’s rate code is selected in the list box.
- The contract’s product is selected in the list box.
- The contract’s return date is in the report’s range.
- The contract’s source code is in the report’s range.
- The contract’s referral code is in the report’s range.
- The contract’s agent ID is in the report’s range.
