Purpose

The Maintenance Due Report lists the maintenance procedures that are due to be performed on vehicles in the fleet. Use this report when you want see to which vehicles are due for maintenance, either before a designated date or before a designated number of miles has elapsed.

Options

Maintenance Due on or before – You can choose a cutoff date, a minimum mileage for maintenance, or both.
Problems to Print – The report can list critical or non-critical problems on the vehicles. You can also choose to show all problems or no problems.
Maintenance Procedures – Select the specific maintenance procedures you want to show on the report.

Data Selection

First the report finds each in-fleet vehicle and checks the following:

  • The vehicle’s current location is selected in the reporting lists.
  • The vehicle is not at a sold status.
  • The vehicle’s product is selected in the Product list.

Then the report looks for maintenance alerts for each vehicle with these conditions:

  • The alert’s procedure type is selected in the Maintenance Procedures list.
  • If the alert is scheduled by date, the next service date must be less than or equal to the "Maintenance Due on or before" date.
  • If the alert is scheduled by mileage, the difference between the vehicle’s current odometer and the alert’s next service odometer must be less than or equal to the "Maintenance Due on or before" mileage.

Then the report looks for problem tickets for each vehicle with these conditions:

  • The problem ticket is not marked as repaired.
  • The problem ticket’s "critical" flag matches the "Problems to Print" selection.
