Rebate Report

Purpose

The Rebate Report allows you to view rebates that are due for in-fleet vehicles and/or rebates that have already been paid on vehicles.

Options

Select – The report can show rebates that are due, rebates that have already been paid, or both.

Sort By – The report can be sorted by unit number, class, model, bank ID, or description.

Data Selection

The vehicles are selected by the following rules:

• The vehicle’s product is selected in the list box.

• The vehicle’s unit number is in the report’s range.

• The vehicle’s class is selected in the list box.

• The vehicle’s model is selected in the list box.

• The vehicle’s bank ID is selected in the list box.

• The vehicle’s description is selected in the list box.

• The vehicle’s rebate due date is in the report’s range (and the report is set to print rebates due).

• The vehicle’s rebate paid date is in the report’s range (and the report is set to print paid rebates).
