Purpose

Use this menu item to quickly set privileges for all employees. You can set privileges for each individual employee in the Employees program, but User Privileges allows you to assign privileges to a group of employees at the same time, which speeds up the process.

Fields

Privilege – Select a privilege you wish to assign/remove from employees.

Groups – Privileges may only be applicable to certain job types. To change the applicable groups, select them from this list.

Employees without privilege – Employees that do not have the selected privilege are shown in this list. Move them to the other list with the Add button or by double-clicking on the employee.

Employees with privilege – Employees that have the selected privilege are shown in this list. Move them to the other list with the Del button or by double-clicking on the employee.

Buttons

Add – Moves the employees that are selected in the "Employees without privilege" list to the "Employees with privilege" list.

Del – Moves the employees that are selected in the "Employees with privilege" list to the "Employees without privilege" list.

• Allow a credit card that has the cardholder name missing from magnetic stripe to be used
• Allow deleting of auto-applied charges

• Allow preemption of vehicle's assigned reservation
