Location

SETTINGS > Security


Purpose

User access to RentWorks is controlled by the number of users defined in the Feature Code. If more users than the number you have licensed try to log on, a message will be displayed that the number of user licenses has been exceeded.

To see who is currently logged on, go to Settings - Security - Session Inquiry. Select “Active Sessions” from the drop-down menu in the first field, then click on the “Search” button.

If your employee record is in the MANAGER Group, you will be able to free up sessions by highlighting the desired line item, then clicking on the “Clear” button at the top left corner of the screen.


Fields

Login Date/Time - The date and time the employee logged in to start this session.

Employee #

Workstation - The name of the computer from which the employee logged in.

Last Activity - The date and time the employee actually accessed RentWorks.

Logout Date/Time - the date and time the employee logged off of the workstation and out of RentWorks.
