System Tasks

Purpose

Many of the Data Links requires processes which must be set up to run at different time intervals. Use this screen to activate, deactivate, or simply view them.

Fields

Available Tasks - All of the possible tasks which can be scheduled from within RentWorks. To add a task (and made viewable in the box below), highlight and click on the "Add" button.

Active Tasks - All of the active tasks with their Description, Job ID, Status, Schedule, Last Run date and time, Next scheduled Run date and time.
