ForwardVision Setup

Purpose

The ForwardVision Setup menu item allows you to set parameters that are used by the ForwardVision module. These values must be set in order to use the ForwardVision File Build program which is set up in System Tasks.

Fields

Build File Directory – The directory used to store the built files.

Build File Prefix – A prefix that will be added to the beginning of each file name.

Locations – The locations from which data is to be exported.

Next Build Date/Time – The date and time of when the next export process should begin.

Build Days – Number of days you wish to build per run (normally set to "1").

Run every – How often the build process should run (normally set to "1").

Last Build Date/Time – Date and time of the last build, maintained by the system.

Last Cutoff Date – Date of the last cutoff, maintained by the system.

Future Horizon – Number of days into the future of open reservations to be included in the build process.

Include Fleet – If this box is checked, fleet information will be included in the export file.

Rate Code – Use the pull-down menu to select the Rate Code to be used in the import process.
