Purpose

Fleet Inquiry by Date/Time/License is used to track parking violations. To find renter information, enter the date and time of the offense from the ticket, and the license plate of the vehicle. The relevant information will be displayed, and you can then use the mail merge feature in Microsoft Word to create and print form letters.

Fields

Date/Time – The date and time that the vehicle was on rent.

License# – The vehicle’s license number.

{bmc tbexport.bmp} Export Violation Form – Create a mail-merge file for use with Microsoft Word. A dialog box appears; enter the ticket information into the appropriate fields. The data will be put into the mail merge file.
