Purpose

The Reservation Inquiry is used to show reservations by location within a specified date range. This allows you to see immediately the status of your reservations. To list your no-shows, run this at the end of the day.

Fields

Location – Find reservations that are due back to the selected location or "All" locations.:* Open Reservation

Products – Find reservations for this product.

Reserved Class – Search for reservations that have a vehicle of this class.

Res Status – Find reservations with this status. Choices are:

• All

• Quote

• Pending Res

• Open Contract

• Closed Contract

• Cancelled

• No-Show

• Void

• Void Reservation

Start/End Date – Find reservations with a date due in this range. Leave the fields blank to match all dates.
