Lost and Found

Purpose

Use this menu item to track items that were lost or found in a vehicle. When an item is claimed by the owner, you can note who claimed the item and when.

Fields

Lost and Found

Lost/Found – Was this item reported as lost in a vehicle, or was it found in a vehicle?

Category – The type of item.

Reported By – Person who reported the item as lost or found.

Date – Date and time when the item was reported.

Description – Description of the item.

RA/Vehicle

RA Number – Contract that the vehicle was on when the item was reported.

Location – Location of the vehicle.

First Name – Renter’s first name.

Last Name – Renter’s last name.

Product – Vehicle’s product code.

Unit Number – Vehicle’s unit number.

Claim Info

Claimed – When the item has been claimed, check this box.

Claimed By – Person who claimed the item.

Date – Date and time when the item was claimed.
