Rate Adjustments

The Rate Adjustment Screen is a quick and easy method to change more than one rate at a time.

The following criteria can be used to select rates:

- Location

- Product

- Class

- Rate Code

- Rate Rule

- On-Sale Rates

- Off-Sale Rates

- Web Rates: Only, Include, or Exclude

Once you have highlighted and chosen the above criteria, click on the Refresh icon to populate the browsers.

To make Rate Adjustments:

1) Enter the Amount in the Rate Adjustment (bottom-most) browser.

2) Select if this is a flat amount or percent

3) Select if this is an adjustment or replacement

4) Click on the Calculate icon to see the result.

5) To accept and implement the changes, click on Save.

The On Sale icon will allow you to: Set all rates on sale, Set all rates off sale, or Toggle all rates sale status (Change On to Off and Off to On).

The Web icon will allow you to: Set all rates as web rates, Set all rates as non-web rates, or Toggle all rate web statuses (Change On to Off and Off to On).
