Purpose

Use this menu item to create, modify, and delete ready lines. A ready line can be defined for each location with parking stalls assigned for each space. Vehicles can then be chosen from the ready line.

When an agent rents a car from the location with the ready line record, the system will automatically display the vehicles parked on that ready line. Alternatively, the agent can view available vehicles that are not on the ready line.

Fields

Lot ID – A code for this lot.

Address/City/State/Zip – The lot’s address information.

Browser – The stalls for the lot are listed in this browser. Use the buttons to add and remove stalls.

Buttons

Add Stalls – This button will display a dialog box for creating a range of stalls. Enter the starting and ending numbers in the range, and enter a prefix to the number if you wish.

Delete Stalls – Delete the currently-selected stalls.

Activate – Change the currently-selected stalls to active status.

Deactivate – Change the currently-selected stalls to inactive status.
