Physical Inventory Report

Purpose

The Physical Inventory Report provides a listing of all the vehicles that have been accounted for with the Physical Inventory screen and shows any discrepancies between RentWorks and the inventory that was entered.

Options

Listing/Exception Report – The report can list the vehicles entered into the physical inventory or show the discrepancies between what has been entered and the data that RentWorks has for the vehicles.

Select Vehicles By – The vehicles can be selected by their owning location or by their current location.

Print Vehicle Notes – If this box is checked, notes that are attached to vehicles will be shown.

Include Foreign Vehicles – If this box is checked, vehicles that are owned by foreign locations will be shown.

List By – The report can list vehicles by unit number or by license number.

Data Selection

The physical inventory records are selected by the following rules:

• The physical inventory record’s product is selected in the Product list.
• The physical inventory record’s current location is selected in the reporting lists.

The fleet records are compared to the physical inventory records to see if the information matches. If not, the fleet record is shown as an exception.
