Foreign Drop Report

Purpose

The Foreign Drop Report provides a listing of vehicles that have come form or that have gone to foreign locations.

Options

Show Owned vehicles rented away – If this box is checked, the report will list owned vehicles that have been dropped off at a foreign location.

Show Foreign vehicles rented back to their owning loc – If this box is checked, the report will list foreign (non-owned) vehicles that have been dropped off at the foreign location that owns the vehicle.

Show Foreign vehicles rented to other locs – If this box is checked, the report will list foreign (non-owned) vehicles that have been dropped off at a foreign location other than the one that owns the vehicle.

Data Selection

Vehicles are selected by searching for a transaction that was checked-in with the Foreign Drop status defined in System Settings.

• The transaction’s check-in date is within the report’s date range.
• The transaction’s pickup location is selected in the reporting lists.
• The vehicle’s product is selected in the Product list.
• The vehicle’s class is selected in the Class list.
