Vehicle Log Report

Purpose

The Vehicle Log Report provides a list of vehicle rental transactions along with in/out information and renter names.

Data Selection

The report looks for transactions for each vehicle with these conditions:

• The contract’s report date is in the report range.
• The contract’s report location is selected in the reporting lists
• The contract’s product is selected in the Product list.
• The vehicle’s class is selected in the Class list.
• The vehicle’s unit number is within the report range.
