Purpose

The Equipment List provides a list of the equipment that has been entered in the system.

Options

Select By – Equipment can be selected by either their owned location or by their current location. Check Add Foreign Locations to add foreign locations to the location list box.

Equipment Type - A list of available equipment types.

Starting Asset ID - The first asset to report on in the report range.

Ending Asst ID - The last asset to report on in the report range.

Status - Allows the option to filter by status. Hold the CTRL key down while selecting from the list to choose multiple statuses.

List By – The report can list equipment by type/asset ID, make and model or serial number.

Data Selection

Equipment is selected by the following rules:

• The equipment’s type is selected in the "Equipment Type" list box.
• The equipment’s asset ID is in the report’s range.
• The equipment’s location is selected in the reporting lists.
• The equipment’s status is selected in the list box.
