Purpose

Each employee’s performance is tracked throughout the month in the Commissions Coaching Module. Employees can use this menu item to see how they are doing so far. Their goals and achievements are displayed, along with suggestions on how they may reach their goals.


Fields

Goal – This bar shows the revenue goal in relation to the achieved revenue.

Achieved – This bar shows the achieved revenue in relation to the revenue goal. The bar is red when the achieved revenue is less than the goal. When the achieved revenue is within 10% of the goal, the bar becomes yellow. When the achieved revenue meets or exceeds the goal, the bar is green.

Incrementals Browser – This browser list the incremental items along with the individual goal percentages, achieved revenue/yield, and difference between the achievements and goals.

Current Goal – The total revenue goal for the month.

Rental Days – The number of rental days on the employee’s contracts.

Incremental Revenue – The total revenue from all incremental items.

Yield – The yield (average revenue per rental day) for the incremental items.

Commission Pct – The percentage of total revenue that the employee will receive as commission.

Expected Commission – The amount of revenue, based on the total revenue and commission percentage, that the employee will receive this month.

Rank – Where the employee’s commission amount stands in relation to all other employees.

To meet your goal, you can:

If the employee has not met all of the incremental revenue goals (displayed in the browser), suggestions will be listed here as to how many more incrementals the employee must sell in order to meet those goals. Up to six suggestions may be listed.


Fields – Plan Tab

Managers – A list of the managers for the day.

Supervisors – A list of the supervisors for the day.

Customer Service Return Coordinators – A list of the people that are handling vehicle returns for the day.

The Plan… – Comments about the day’s plan

Incremental Sales Notes – Comments about the incremental sales.


Fields – Rates Tab

Rate Code – Choose the rate code of the rates you wish to modify.

Rates Browser – The rates for the selected rate code are listed. You can change the values in the Daily and Weekly columns to modify the rates.

Minimum Upgrades

Class – Select a class from the drop-down menu to change the minimum upgrade amounts.

Alt – The alternate classes for the selected class are listed in these four fields. You can modify the minimum upgrade amounts in the fields.
