Purpose
The KCI Reservation Report shows honored, cancelled, and no-show reservations for a specific time period. Certain locations and/or sources can be chosen, and the report can be sorted by different fields such as agent, location, etc.
Options
- Employee # – The ID number of the employee’s contracts to report. If the user is a manager, this field is editable. Enter a value of "All" to report on all employees.
- Source – Select the source codes you wish to include in the report in this list.
- Location – Select the locations you wish to include in the report in this list.
- Sort By – The field to use when sorting. You can choose Location, Date Reserved, Pickup Date, Car Class, or Agent.
- Exclude RezLink/e-rez2 Reservations – If this box is checked, reservations that were not entered by employees will be excluded from the report.
- Print Totals after each section – If this box is checked, the report will print statistics for each reservation status.
Data Selection
The contracts are selected by the following rules:
- The reservation’s pickup date is within the report’s date range.
- The reservation’s source code is selected in the Source list.
- The reservation’s pickup location is selected in the Location list.
- The employee who created the reservation is selected in the Employee# field (or the Employee# field is "All").
- If RezLink/Erez reservations are included, then reservations with an employee# that match RezLink and Erez ID’s (i.e. "rzxxx", "Erez") will be included.
