Purpose

The Daily Rental Log lets employees view the contracts that they opened during the day. It can be run for any date range, and allows selection of certain source codes.

Options

Employee # – The ID number of the employee’s contracts to report. If the user is a manager, this field is editable. Enter a value of "All" to report on all employees.

Source – The source codes of contracts to be included in the report.

Calculate By – The report can calculate days by the time that was charged or by the actual time the contract was open.

Data Selection

The contracts are selected by the following rules:

• The contract’s date added is in the report’s date range.

• The contract was added by the employee selected in the Employee# field.

• The contract’s source code is selected in the Source list.
