Dollar Travel Agent Report

Purpose

Use this report to electronically report to Dollar Corporate contracts with Travel Agent IATA numbers so that they can pay commissions.

To use this report, the Franchise Affiliation in System Settings must be set to Dollar. It will select only those contracts that have a Referral Code between the range of 00000001 and 999999999 (i.e., a valid IATA number) and have had reservations that were honored.

This program does not flag contracts as already reported; Dollar Corporate will detect duplicate transmissions.

Note: This report relies on the Reservation Link Translation Setup in order to translate location codes from Dollar Corporate.

Options

Commission% – The travel agents’ commission percentage.

Use Comm. % – You can select when the above commission percentage is used: for referrals that do not have a commission percentage set, or for all referrals.

Data Selection

Reservations are selected by the following rules:

• The reservation’s referral code is in the range of 00000001 and 99999999.

• The reservation’s location out is selected in the reporting list boxes.

• The reservation’s product is selected in the Product list.

• The reservation’s contract is closed, and the date in is within the report’s date range.

• The reservation is cancelled, void, or a no-show.
